I have been a client @ DT Nails since Dec ‘21 & I love this salon! My nail technician is May and she has been doing nails for 32 years and does an extraordinary job. My nails always come out beautiful and she’s very fast, doing an exceptional job!!!! I have a damaged toe & she makes it look like the others. Unlike the previous negative reviews that I feel are uncharacteristic of the salon, I find it to be extremely clean and the employees very friendly. I am always welcomed when I arrive and always thanked when I depart. May is the BEST!!! 10 ⭐️’s !!!

This is definitely the best nail salon in Lakewood Ranch. I started coming here because it was close to my house and kept coming back because my nails lasted much longer than at other salons. My girlfriends and I now come every few weeks together for our standing appointment and every time we leave having had lots of laughs and loving our high quality manicures. The salon is clean, professional, and run by a fabulous and very hard-working team of ladies. Five stars all around!

Awful. The technician I had was rough and mean. The salon did not look clean, my chair had no controls (so my feet stuck out past the pedicure bowl) and the technician put my sandals back on when my feet were wet. On top of those negatives, the pedicure wasn’t good. I don’t know how this place is getting all the positive reviews. It’s a mystery.

I really wanted to like this place considering they have good reviews but I was disappointed. Dip manicure popped off within a week. Acrylic gel manicure peeled and broke off in 3 days. Natural nails turned green after removing manicure. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years and these manicures normally last for over 3 weeks. I’ve never had my natural nails turn green!

I Really wanted to love this salon. The first girl I sat with was the owner I think and she was amazing, She fixed a botched nail job from another salon and made my nails look wonderful! I was so pleased with her and the google reviews I saw that I booked again but with a different nail tech. I was so disappointed with my second and third visit. I sat with Kim/May (apparently she goes by 2 names because there is another girl there that shares her original name) and I was so disappointed. I had a pedicure with her. When we finished she charged me $63 and It wasn’t even that great. Afterwards I found out pedicures are listed on their pricing sheet for $43 then on top of that when I was signing my charge slip I didn’t realize you had to add the tip before the charge and she scolded me saying “you know that!” (This was my 2nd time there and I didn’t know that.) So I tell her ill just give you some cash on my next visit. She says you can Zelle it to me now. First off a tip is just that. A tip! Like an idiot I Zelled it to her but that really upset me and she still didn’t seem satisfied. Third visit I booked with May not realizing May and Kim are the same tech. I asked for pink and white acrylic and she says if you don’t use color I will do it a special way for you that is better and cheaper than than pink and white. In the end she just painted on some white polish on my tips and it didn’t even look good or even. She also charged me the same price for pink and white acrylics and expected a Zelle tip again. I would recommend this salon if you sit with the owner, She is amazing but be forewarned stay away from May/Kim, you will probably be very disappointed. I wont return because of the way May /Kim made me feel on my last 2 visits. Back to Deluxe nail Spa I guess.
