D.T. Nails asked for an appt to come back and told we don’t do appointments. The business card at the counter clearly states appointments. I was told 40 minute wait and been here over 90 minutes before one of us were served! I Finally left without my nails being done I do not like being lied to about appointments. I listened to him take one over the phone. Even offered to pay and come back later today

This nail salon is my mother’s favorite places to get her nails done. Their prices have increased however, from $20 for $30 for a full service. I must say they were very helpful with my mother, considering her mobility restrictions.

Billy and his wife are amazing. Like other reviewers said they know almost all of their clients by name. I have gone through periods where I didn’t go for 3-4 months due to budget and the moment I walk in the door after not being in for awhile they greet me by name. They remember small details you’ve shared through small talk and ask about how you’re doing. Their work is amazing and they really do treat you like family. I have been to a few other shops in the area but the quality of service and the customer appreciation at other shops is mediocre compared to what you get here. I rarely leave reviews but the standard of service from this salon has been so good over the years that I feel they really need the appreciation. They know what their doing and the competition could really learn from them. If I could give 10 stars I would have.

Their customer service gets a 8 from me. The guy was polite and helpful BUT I didn’t like the fact that he tried to talk me out of choosing a certain color I wanted to use. Thanks but no thanks! As far as the work… It was horrible… Sorry …. My nails were super big and bubbly looking. The paint job was bad. I won’t be going back.
