Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in with my friend- Van did our nails. Mine look terrible. I went in with a picture of something not complicated and they aren’t even close. I tried to tell her what i wanted and she kept cutting me off like she understood and then kept making it worse. While painting my friends nails, she kept hitting my friends nail with the rim of the brush and my friend left with bad nails too. The prices said $35 for a full set, $7 for eyebrows, we paid $38 & $10. it’s fine if you’re going to up your prices, but the signs need to be adjusted and you need to inform your customers. $38 is a lot of money to leave unhappy. Went in with my friend- Van did our nails. Mine look terrible. I went in with a picture of something not complicated and they aren’t even close. I tried to tell her what i wanted and she kept cutting me off like she understood and then kept making it worse. Critical: QualityThis use to be my favorite nail salon however since opening back up from Covid they have been more concerned about penny pinching than the quality of their work. I typically get shellac which could only come off if I soaked them off or with a nail drill for the past few months my polish has been peeling off a day or two after I leave the salon as if it’s not shellac. I personally believe they are charging people for shellac but giving them gel polish. Don’t bother to return to the shop because they will look at you crazy like you did something wrong and act as if they don’t wanna fix it and have the nerve to charge you for it and still expect a tip! Also the female manager who runs the shop is very pushy she will constantly ask you if you want services you already said no to or don’t need I understand trying to make your money but being pushy or constantly bugging Someone isn’t the way to go. I was a loyal customer and always tipped however I will not be returning. This use to be my favorite nail salon however since opening back up from Covid they have been more concerned about penny pinching than the quality of their work. I typically get shellac which could only come off if I soaked them off or with a nail drill for the past few months my polish has been peeling off a day or two after I leave the salon as if it’s not shellac.
