I visited this business on 9/30/2022. I had a 5pm appointment. I arrived on time but I had to wait 15 minutes to be serviced because 3 customers who arrived after me were serviced first. When I ask what was happening I was told they had they also had a five o clock appointment. I said I was here first. I was told it was ok someone would be with me shortly. I should have left but I had an event to attend the next day. I felt discriminated against. I was the only black person there. The person who did my manicure and pedicure did a great job. I left her a good tip but I won’t return. Please treat your clients fairly.

My granddaughters, son and I have been here repeatedly, without appointment, and receive great service. They give senior and first responder discounts. Vietnamese-American owners who are so personable, display their American flag each day. Do great works. Prices right. I consider the owners my friends, just from how owners interact when you go there.

Great prices! Friendly staff! Felt very relaxed and comfortable. I had a pedicure and manicure. Cold beverages are offered, which was nice. I had a bottle of water. But my daughter enjoys their coffee in a can. I was totally satisfied with what my nails and my toes look like. They do a great job! very professional! Won’t be going any where else!

The staff is nice..place is fairly clean. Not bad. Service is good too however they do rush sometimes. They got two cuts on my 6 year old son’s ears while haircut which was very upsetting as there are chances of infection. He bleeded both ears and they didn’t even inform me. When I showed a cut, they didn’t take it seriously. And my 6 year old was sitting so quietly that she didn’t have any difficulty from him to do her job. The truth is she was rushing because of another customer waiting. So far I used to love this place but not anymore due to fear of cuts .

A Gentleman started my pedicure then stopped to start a different customer. His coworker polished my toe nails it was very messy. I told the manager I was not satisfied and she said the polish was find. Not to argue with her we paid then left. I have pictures but I do not know how to post them to this site we will not be going back

I just moved to the Slidell area and was in a desperate need of s haircut and found this place close by. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and the service was beyond my expectation. The price is not bad and I was in and out quickly with no wait. I highly recommend this place to any guys looking for awesome service! I’ve never had a barber clean me up the way this man did!

Since moving to Slidell a month ago I was in search for a good nail salon. Best by far I’ve ever encounter. Customer service is superb and they take their time. Another plus is the different discounts available. I was able to get a 10% Military discount.

I love this place. The owners are always present and bend over backwards to make you comfortable. The pedicure includes a sugar scrub, a lotion rub and hot stone rub. All for $28. You can’t go anywhere else for that price ❤️❤️

This place is amazing. The owners and the staff are a pleasure to work with. Best manicure and pedicure in Slidell. This place is so great that if it is raining outside the owners will walk you to your vehicle with an umbrella.
