Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad an appointment and we still had to wait. Even then only I was attended to while my husband waited for another 30 minutes. So all in all he waited 45 minutes even though we had appointments. My pedicure was the only thing that was good. The person who did my husbands didn’t finish with him and left gel on his heels and went to do another pedicure and only came back to him after she finished the other guys pedicure and he left. That’s how long my husband was stuck there. And then there is my gel manicure that looks and feels disgusting. There seems to be no top coat on my thumbs and both my thumbs are bumpy and not smooth with scratches on them and it looks really thick. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. And this place was more expensive than my regular place and to top it off it just seemed very unorganized, no one knew what they were suppose to do they just kept trying to figure it out and reassign people but in the process they took people that came in afterwards first and made us wait longer even though we had appointments. Had an appointment and we still had to wait. Even then only I was attended to while my husband waited for another 30 minutes. So all in all he waited 45 minutes even though we had appointments. My pedicure was the only thing that was good. Denise and Steven are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for their customers they definitely cater to your every need they have never left me leaving there unsatisfied I’ve never been given a reason to be unhappy they do to much of a good job to not love how my nails come out. Denise always does a great job on my nails she is very talented her work is never questioned and never has to be corrected. I recommend this nail salon to everyone I know and everyone I don’t know. I think this is one of the very few places I would go to get my nails done I am extremely extremely picky with my nails. Denise and Steven are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for their customers they definitely cater to your every need they have never left me leaving there unsatisfied I’ve never been given a reason to be unhappy they do to much of a good job to not love how my nails come out.
