On my left eyebrow they left a vertical line through it threaded by mistake which they said was due to me beibg too tense, even though they hadnt warned me to relac or anything. Prices have also gone up significantly since last, year instead of $4 threading costs 8. I wouldnt complain if they did a good job Eyebrow beautification

I should have read the reviews before going. The tall lady everyone is talking about was literally talking ill about me the whole time I was there, she didn’t realize I understand their language and I replied to the old lady doing my brow In her language that’s when she got alerted and she tried to change the conversation.

I went yesterday to tread my eyebrows and I grew my eyebrows for 2 months to make it thick. One tall lady with a thick eyebrows tread it too thin.. That lady is ridiculous. She doesn’t have any experience.. I even told her to keep it thick, but she made it so thin.. She wasn’t putting any powder

Olivia is great, I own a restaurant and I work very hard from doing dishes running tables and cooking. I never hand long nails before until she told me to do powder. Takes time but she is very friendly and polite. Now i have long nails and 2 weeks with the powder and dont have to be running every 3 days to get my nails done!

Critical: QualityLady told me she was placing a powder on my lip in order to prevent the wax from sticking to my skin. Literally did nothing. She still ripped my skin off. I don’t know if they used a new powder or if they use to place a powder on me before but my skin is gone so that’s fun.Service: Waxing

My eyebrows are microbladed. I went in just to touch up the pieces that were growing in. I td them this multiple times along with saying I did not want them too thin. She did not listen. My eyebrows are super thin and parts are bare showing just the ink. I pointed this out to two ladies and they both disregarded the fact I was not pleased. Unacceptable work and customer sevice.

I wonder why they have 5 stars. I don’t think this place deserves one. 1 star because this certain lady was rude and condescending and prices are steep for a CRAPPY SERVICE. Not only the lady left some sticky wax residue on my bangs but she totally messed up my eyebrows.

I swear by this place! No matter who does your brows they’re always perfect. I get them threaded and tinted, the tint lasts the full 2 weeks and I don’t have to do any maintenance in between
