Critical: CleanlinessGot my nails done a week ago and had to take them off they gave me a fungus I use to love this nail salon and coming here now I will never return because of this. As a cosmetology student this happens from them using the brushes directly in the powders on all clients and not discarding now I have to go get a antibiotic my fingers itch there leaking pus and I am out of a 150 dollar set that I had to take off. Got my nails done a week ago and had to take them off they gave me a fungus I use to love this nail salon and coming here now I will never return because of this. As a cosmetology student this happens from them using the brushes directly in the powders on all clients and not discarding now I have to go get a antibiotic my fingers itch there leaking pus and I am out of a 150 dollar set that I had to take off. I called for an appointment and the mgr wasn’t very nice but I didn’t let that sway me. I came the next morning and I was early for my appointment so Mira was the only one in the salon. She was opening and luckily she took me early. Mira was such a breath of fresh air to be around-she was polite, friendly, respectful, positive, professional, caring and productive. You could not ask for a better manicure or pedicure. I had the $80 pedicure and I can’t wait to bring my partner and my best friend for this pedicure w/ Nikki while I’m having it again with Mira. I watched Nikki give a pedicure while I was getting one and she would be my second choice. Mira asked the mgr if she could do a and chin wax before I left but she said I didn’t have an appt for that.

Very long wait even after confirmed appointment, waited almost 42 mins for nail tech with feet in cold water asked to modify my appointment because I decided to get a manicure “more money “ my tech said it was fine her manager (noblm) refused she didn’t like a colored guy in her shop but hey life’s great will not come back to a company or place where black lives don’t matter .

I would like to express my displeasure because the woman was extremely rude and treated me as if I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She also gave me stiletto instead of almond and made my nails look very thick. She kept drilling my skin under my nail and told me not to move despite the fact that I was bleeding, and she wouldn’t stop. My thumbs also look crooked because she removed the entire nail from the side of them, which will make removing them painful. I do not recommend going here!!!!

They are legit the best nail salon ever! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They were even sweet to My boyfriend that tagged along. I never sensed attitude or rudeness from any of the staff. My manicure took a bit longer than expected, and I stayed way past their closing time but they didn’t complain one bit. Which was awesome! This will hands down be my spot to get my nails done! I went in for a dip powder and she started with the price of $58 by the time we sat down she had reached $78 but for same service so I just ended up getting the nail repaired which only cost $5 NOW she gets upset and goes to the back and comes out with this little girl who puts my nail on all the way sideways I’m telling her it’s not straight and with her attitude she says I’m going to file it she didn’t do anything then the owner walks in and now all of a sudden the little girl cant speak english she tells me we don’t do designs. Oh Really your website is full of designs. So I just paid the $5 and never again will I return very poor very poor customer service

I was trying to find a nail salon close to my house to get a pedicure done for a wedding that I was attending. The staff was very accommodating and I was able to relax the whole time I was in there. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.
