Critical: Quality, ValueStaff is really nice and welcoming but the service isn’t great. I kept correcting my nail technician. She placed the acrylic tip crooked on one of my fingers, and made my nails SO wide, they look so sloppy. I spent $135 here, but I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I kept asking for gel, but they kept insisting that I do dip. I must’ve said at least 5 times that I wanted gel but she ended up doing dip anyways.Super disappointed and I wouldn’t come back here. I’m so glad we did! The owner, Donna, did my nails and we bonded and talked about our families all while being so detailed and gentle with my nails. Getting my nails done can be vulnerable for me since I’m a serial nail picker, but Donna was so kind and gentle while giving me good advice on how to heal my nails overnight (Carmax on the cuticles!
