Came in yesterday evening for dip with tips. I originally wanted black and Nude ombre’, but after seeing one ombré nail decided on black, which I didn’t think would be a problem. I had to tell her about 6 times that my nails were too long and finally just gave up, apparently she thought I needed them long. I use my hands a lot so long nails don’t really work for me. Not even 24 hours later one of my nails has already broken, can’t get anyone to answer the phone, and there’s black dip all around my fingers. She tells me after she’s done that black is hard to do. Why not just say that before I spend $65 on a set of nails?

The girl who did my pedicure today was not qualified. She scrubbed my heel so hard that she almost broke the skin. I asked her to please stop it twice, and she just kept hitting the same spot until I finally had to yell at her to STOP IT. Then she clipped my toe with the cuticle snippers , and had no idea how to stop the bleeding. She called the other woman there for help, and got ignored. It finally stopped bleeding, and she messed with it until she made it start again. Then she left a lump of polish in the middle of that nail and I made her redo it. I will NOT BE BACK.
