I had a pretty bad experience here and felt uncomfortable because the nail tech was visibly annoyed with me telling her I wanted gel instead of white tip. She ASSUMED I wanted white tips and got angry when I said I wanted white gel polish. She didn’t say one thing to me the entire time and was kinda of aggressive when handling my hands. She added a tan base coat for some reason, on a French manicure. I felt like she was just a terrible nail tech so there was no fixing these. I paid for the service and left immediately. These were nails for my WEDDING. Ended up going to another salon outside of Starke to have them fixed which they look amazing now and the other tech could not believe that is how I walked out of there. See photos for the work below.

I went here every other Monday to get a new set or fill in. But the situation that happened to make me stop going was when I left out a few 0’s on the tip pad (was dealing with my toddler) and the owner chased me down while I was almost to my car, and told me to come back in cause I left 10 cent’s instead of $10 I’ve always tipped and just felt embarrassed like I tried to run out on paying or something!! I had people looking at me and it was crazy.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityJust Left DS Nails, I’m furious I arrived at 12 noon for a fill in and pedicure, I must say they pick and choose who they give good service too. After sitting in the chair for 1 1/2 when they have numerous of people to provide service is unacceptable.

Not sure how other customers have had bad experiences. Anytime I have asked for something to be fixed or changed they do what I’ve asked. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff are very helpful, friendly and talented. I always get designs on my nails, my daughter too. If we show them a photo they do their best to recreate it.. most of the time their spot on with it. I often find that they have very creative designs themselves and don’t have to even have my own. The salon is very very clean and well maintained.. I won’t go to another salon.

Went in today 11/16/19 and my nails turned out good but my daughters nails I’m not happy with neither is she we asked if they could do what she wanted before we even signed in even showed them the picture they said we can do it well nothing like the picture. She cut 2 of her fingers and put glue on them. And 1 nail is so crooked. I told my daughter we would get them to fix it and she said no it took them long enough. Not to happy with our first trip there.

I normally love their work… but they had a lady do my toe nails and the job was horrible. I didn’t notice until I got home. The polish job looked clumped like a child polished my toe nails.
