D’s Nail Spa

Critical: ValueThis used to be my favorite nail place in town. I didn’t mind the prices because I would get good value for money. I would have accepted the fact that the poor job done was a one off but I’m only leaving a review because of how I was treated. After my nails were done I wasn’t sure whether I liked it and therefore didn’t tip the nail tech. I noticed him become very cold because I didn’t tip him which he shouldn’t be entitled to because I paid almost $100 for the service. I said goodbye and he refused to respond and when I got into my car I saw him talk about me with the other staff and made some gestures with his hand. He did a horrible job because the next morning my nails started peeling and they kept bubbling as the days went by because he had the polish on too thick.
