It wasn’t until my last month in Reno that I went a tried out D’s Cutz. Over he has been the best: he cuts with confidence, his line up skill too sharp and got great suggestions. I’ve been trying to get this style back in Denver still can’t get it I’m looking for another barber with D’s type of skills. No doubt that he’s the best at what he does. Don’t believe me, go try him.

I flew in to Reno from Seattle to take part in a wedding featuring my two beautiful friends who are now Mr. And Mrs. Neal ❤️ Before leaving for the wedding I had planned on getting a haircut, but my appointment was canceled at the last moment. I was hoping to find someone to cut my hair before the wedding in Reno or the surrounding local area but I was having a hard time because I didn’t really know the area. Luckily for me the Groom had already made appointments for all of us Groomsmen to get our haircuts at D’s Cutz… Let me just tell you this… Believe me when I say that D came in clutch for us. There were 13 of us Groomsmen and all of us needed haircuts… So let that sink in. All of us were cleaned, groomed, and ready for the wedding Thanks to D.

D is the best in town in my opinion, not only because of his haircut skills but because of his welcoming family atmosphere. I’m comfortable going there myself, bringing my wife and kids and even grandma would feel comfortable there. Derrick is not only my barber for about 5 years now but also my friend. He’s a good dude and it shows in all he does. I highly recommend him as a man and and as a barber.

Derrick is amazing at what he does and his shop is very clean and peaceful. I went in for my first haircut/beard trim about 3-4 weeks ago and he did a phenomenal job! He is by far the best barber I have visited in the Reno/sparks area. The prices are also one of the best I’ve seen, so don’t hesitate to make your next appointment with Derrick, you will leave with a smile on your face.
