Today I had a women named Michelle who is the new owner of the salon and I am not happy with her work. She came 20 minutes late to a 2 hour appointment which she finished in 1 hour. She rushed my hair and didn’t do a good job. She didn’t even try to do my hair like the photo. My makeup was incomplete and was very powdery. Overall, I am not happy with the service. The amount of money I payed was not worth it.

I booked an appointment for a blow dry + scalp massage. The appointment started 15 minutes late and the appointment was over in 35 minutes. I never got the scalp massage I had booked, without even a mention of it. The quality of the blow out was really bad. My hair turned dry and frizzy in an hour. The staff seemed rushed and generally disinterested. I wouldn’t be going back.

They did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and were so reasonably priced with exceptional work. My hair and makeup stayed intact from the morning before the wedding until through the afterparty until around midnight. I would like to note I wanted the messy bun look but below is also the image of it just pulled to the side with the pony tail in the practice visit prior to the wedding. I have had my hair done there multiple times by different people for just blow outs or other updos and they always do a great job.

Always have loved my time here and I’ve seen several different stylists (all talented). Customer service is always wonderful – drywalk will continue to be my go to spot for a blow dry.

Very mediocre and disappointing experience. No conversation/ not personable. Curls didn’t really hold and hair was left very flat on top, along with dried out/damaged hair. Isn’t this the opposite of a blow out? I was on the end chair and could only see half of my face in the mirror. In and out within 20 minutes- and I ended up spending 20 min at home trying to fix it. Would not recommend $50 for this service.

I went in to have my hair shampooed, blow dryed and then curled. Her shampoo was not thorough. The hair by my face was dry; I had to get in there after she had put in hair conditioner and practically wash it myself.
