I have 2 experiences at this salon. Both appointments were booked a week in advance. Both times, I was encountered with Unprofessional and aloof front desk staff. The first time, my appointment was at noon and they finally got to me an hour and 20 mins later blaming it on being a Monday. The second time, they did I not call me when the stylist i booked with was not there and just scheduled me with whoever was available. Inexperienced stylists.

Very unprofessional. I had made 4 blowout appointments for a very special occasion last weekend. After waiting 45 minutes they took us and then promised free blowouts for the 45 minute delay. I’m still waiting for that. My daughter called yesterday and they said they gave us 1 free blowout. They lie, don’t even apologize and are extremely rude. I would never go back to the West Hollywood location. Poor service and bad vibes overall.

I haven’t been to any of the other dry bars but I was really impressed by this. The service was really fast with great attention to detail. Everyone had the most gorgeous hair when leaving. Waited about five minutes for my service and got through quickly. Easy parking behind the salon.

This establishment has terrible customer service, this was actually my last resort being Mothers Day. I just wanted a quick wash & blow dry, my usual location was booked and the surrounding area. Another location booked me here As having last minute availability, arriving the front desk employee was chatting while I stood there. I stated that I have an 11am appt, I got there at 10.50am he checked the computer and rudely responded”you were suppose to be here at 10.30″ I responded “no that is incorrect as the lady from the other location booked it for me”. As he continued to go back and forth with me on how important it is to be on time, I wanted to know if I can receive services here or not. Finally he said Yes, then proceeded to ask for proof of vaccination. Now I was not told this policy when I called and it caught me off guard. The terrible part is that the front desk employee began Whispering rudely in front me to another female employee siiting there. I was I upset at this stage I left, I would not give my business to this location. So unprofessional.

This place is wonderful. I came in a few minutes passed my appointment time, sat down for a quick second, and was seen immediately by my stylist. She asked what I wanted, took me back to wash my hair and give me a nice head massage, and then back to the chair to work her magic. Voila
