You can not go wrong with the Drybar. I have visited this location twice and my favorite person between the two locations is LEO. I always leave feeling pampered and sexy. The place is clean, the treats are nice and the barfly program is worth it!

Was happy during and after my blow out. Was told it looked great but that’s like asking the seller if their product is amazing.

I love the Dry Bar both for special occasions as well as every day pampering. The blow outs last a long time and the stylists are amazing. I feel the cost is reasonable for the service and will return again and again! Blowouts

Absolutely had the best experience at DryBar! Loved the final look-that lasted more than a day which is amazing for my hair! Thank you! Hairstyling

I have been to DryBar Wayzata multiple times and have always had a positive experience. This past week I came into the salon for a blowout hair stylist training. The new stylist did a great job washing, drying and curling my hair. Both the new stylist and instructor were kind, caring and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I can’t wait to come back and get my hair done again

I came in to get beach waves (or the Mai Tai) at the Wayzata location and am so disappointed. When the stylist was done (not sure her name, she didn’t introduce herself) my hair had slight wave. By the time I got home a half hour later, it was completely straight. It had no curl or wave whatsoever. I had to get my curling iron out and curl my hair myself. I was so bummed because I don’t know how to do waves and that’s why I came to Drybar.

Went to Wayzata drybar for a wedding style and I loved it! Felt pampered and the style lasted a few days! Have since experienced being a “hair model” for their edina location with new employees. It’s another great excuse to pamper myself and help someone learn the tricks of the trade! Love their products and fun seeing the styles each time! Thanks!

I booked a dry styling appointment to have my hair done for an event on 6/24. I have shorter hair (falls below my chin). When I arrived, I showed the stylist pictures (of people with shorter hair) of what I was looking for–a side braid and a half updo with some curls and volume. She seemed to understand what I wanted and said a partial updo would cost more, and I was fine with that. She curled my hair and that was fine. Once the braid and partial updo started, though, the appointment went downhill. The shape was terrible, the pins weren’t in well (she used a total of five), and when she asked what I would change I tried to describe it. I could feel that she wanted to move one (at one point she said she needed to check if she had enough time) and I debated telling her I thought it looked terrible, but I didn’t and I’m kicking myself for that. I paid and left. When I got to my car, I immediately took out the bobby pins (they were so loose that it took no effort and would not have lasted the evening) and drove home to try to salvage it. I couldn’t and ended up taking a shower to start over. It was $85 down the drain, literally.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment scheduled for today at 1:30pm. When I walked into the salon at 1:25- no one greeted me, waved, or smiled. It was my first time at the establishment so I took a seat and waited to be helped. After a few minutes someone came out of the back to check me in. After checking me in, she told me to take a seat and a stylist would come get me when they were ready. At this time it was already 1:30pm. I asked her how long that would be because I had another appointment scheduled for 2:45. Her answer of probably 30 or so minutes is unacceptable. I had to rush home to do my own hair. A call prior to driving to Wayzata letting me know they were running late would have been appreciated. If they had called and gave me that courtesy, I would have been disappointed but would have appreciated the call. Instead of rushing home to do my hair, I would have just stayed home and not been rushed.Drybar would have charged me if I cancelled less than 12 hours before my appointment but when it was their fault, do I get to charge them? Worst experience. Will never go back. Will highly recommend other places to friends!I had an appointment scheduled for today at 1:30pm.
