My stylist was decent and my hair looked really good when I walked out the door, but within an hour. I felt bad because she was VERY sweet and we had a good conversation. However I think they need more training on understanding that hair has different textures on different people. I need different ways of styling a products. It was also hard and honestly annoying to try to schedule appointments and even cancel my membership. I had to call four times just to fully cancel my membership and I got charged again even though I called 10 days before my charge date. Each of the receptionists are hit or miss. Some of them are really nice. Others just don’t seem to care. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Had a wonderful experience at the Torrance Dry Bar location. Eluid serviced my daughter and treated her with love and care, it was her first salon experience and we left feeling pampered and truly cared for. The salon is super clean, and the products are top tier! Highly recommend

The store was clean, the receptionist was professional. I usually have a good experience. This time I did not. I requested someone that is experienced in African American hair and Valarie V. was NOT. My hair looked good when I left the store by the time I got home a 20 minute drive. My hair was totally frizzy. I’ve tried to fix it twice and whatever she did it won’t unfrizz. I’m going to just have it redone.
