For the price, it was pretty good. My stylist was so helpful and friendly. The shampoo was fantastic. Unfortunately, I don’t think that they used enough hairspray or something because I had lost all the curl before could make it to my car. I told the stylist that I was having engagement pictures taken and I thought she understood what I wanted, but there wasn’t enough curl and they weren’t set well. I’d definitely use them for a regular blowout, but they wouldn’t be my first choice for a special occasion.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDrybar is a scam! They force you to come in on the dot or wont see you but then take over half hour or more to actually get to you! Then if you try to book online and try to upgrade service and accidentally cancel they charge you non refundable $20!! Then try to charge for full price brand new appt! Scammers and money stealers . Emailed the hair style I needed (french twist updo) when I made my apt. A week goes by and I show up for my apt. only to find that not only did nobody read my email, but nobody knew how to do it. Words can’t express how stressful it was sitting there while the stylist absent mindedly kept trying to shove my hair into all manner of shapes other then what I asked for. It ended up taking hours I ended up paying and tipping.
