My first time here and it was very pleasant to be pampered for a change. I got the blowout with some beach waves (the Mai Tai) and it was worth it. I was offered some wine which was very nice. I have a huge event for work tonight and am feeling very pretty for a change. Thank you so much for the great experience at Drybar!! I will definitely come back!

After a year of trying to get consistent service, there was only 1 woman who could do the service in an hour and it was a proper blow out and style. Many of the girls have long coffin and stiletto nails that hurt when they are washing and styling you. I tried for a year but I can do my hair better for free.

I just got a gift card for my mom for her birthday. The girl at the counter ran my card not once but twice because she said it didn’t work the first time because of their computer. She even asked another girl to come over and help her. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes and stood there . Then she told me she can email me and I wrote my email down.

Oddly enough, I’m writing this at 1am because I am actually losing sleep over this experience. I first tried drybar at a different location over 3 years ago to get ready for my baby shower, and couldn’t wait to one day earn enough money to afford a membership. That day finally came and I took a friend to show her how awesome this place is, excited to start a new monthly tradition.

They have hairdressers which are not experienced even to handle normal blowouts. I have extensions, went for a blowout(booked an appointment and they knew I had extensions). Some new hairdresser takes me for the wash, at each step I was like what’s happening. I just knew she had no experience in handling hair with extensions from the time she started washing my hair. Next 35-40 she is just using the dryer to dry my hair! At that point, I got up and asked to speak with the manager that what was going on. The manager comes and tells me she is new and has no experience with extensions, she started teaching her. I am not against new people learning, but when you guys know the client has extensions why would you ask a hairdresser with no experience to even handle those hairs. And this was the second time in the past few weeks. The first time the hairdresser didn’t know how to use a curling rod! So that time somebody else fixed my hair. They need to improve their services and how they assign hairdressers. Never ever going back. Waste of money, time and energy.

The Drybar in Roseville is absolutely amazing! The stylist I had was super nice, and I would definitely want to get styled from her again. Everyone there was so sweet and treated every person there with kindness. The staff was engaged in conversation with customers, which is something I really appreciate! My hair looks so healthy after the wash, and the style they did looks beautiful! I got a lot of good vibes from them, it’s a perfect place to bring up your self esteem and treat yourself. I’m planning on going back next week because I love this place so much!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityIve had 2 great blowouts and 2 that were late and I had to redo my hair after.My last visit I was greeted 20 minutes late by the same technician who I specifically requested to never do my hair again as she didn’t do a good job and I had to redo my hair.
