I told my stylist I wanted curls only at the end of my hair to achieve a full bodied “blow out look”. I get placed at the very end with no mirror in front of me. She’s a pleasant woman, good conversation. Then she finishes and I have ringlet curls and look like little bo peep and she doesn’t give me any time to like look at it so before I pay I ask to go to the bathroom and almost break down in tears. I was traveling and have no heat tools to correct it when I get home. I alert the stylist asking her to fix the style to more of what I was looking for and she’s like oh no problem and then flat irons the whole thing so I have straight hair. My hair looked better when I came in. Im literally holding back tears again because it looks awful and I had an event that night……. When I’m checking out I ask for another stylist to correct it because this girl clearly had no idea what I was wanting. I have to wait over an hour for someone else to fix it and it still ultimately wasn’t what I wanted. Also my hair felt like hay after because of all the heat damage. No one said sorry, the manager was SO RUDE and rolled her eyes at me when they fixed it the third time. My anxiety still tipped when I checked out and they didn’t honor any discount or anything.

She looked at other locations for appointments, and was not very polite about it. I was very excited to go because i’ve heard great things, but I will not be rescheduling here again. This place is awful? My wife scheduled an appointment last night so she could look nice for dinner. We waited over an hour past her appointment time. Finally she was able to go in and they wanted to charge an extra 20.00 dollars because she has extensions. This was told to the person making the appointments in the beginning. After waiting an hour outside with my 9 month old daughter, you would have thought that charge would have been waived. Not a chance! So we left without her getting her hair done. This messed up our evening for dinner and waiting around for nothing is really annoying. How can a place like this be in Huntington Beach? Unprofessional and starlight rude.

You would think a business that specializes in one thing, blowouts, could do a decent blowout, right? Wrong! Some of the worst blowouts I’ve ever had! I’ve given them several tries, just because I live close by, but after my last sub par blowout and snotty customer service from the receptionist, I won’t go back. Seriously, don’t go here if you need your hair to look good for something important.

I had my hair done yesterday. Really friendly staff and brilliant customer service, however I was not happy with the timing and nor my hair. I had a booking for 3 people down for a certain time and when we got there we got different timings. My hair looked good when I left the shop, 2 minutes down the road to pasea hotel and it was flat. It didn’t even look as if I had a blow dry done.

Don’t waste your time or money. This location is awful. I wish I would have seen the reviews first. I went to the location for a dry style before family photos. I told the stylist that I was concerned my hair wouldn’t hold. He assured me it would. Not more than 10 minutes after leaving the salon my hair was completely flat. Total waste. I reached out to customer service and “buttercup” emailed me saying they were sorry but didn’t offer a solution. They just said I could go back the same day for a touch up. Why would I need a touch up after the family photos? I needed my hair to hold for one hour so it would look nice in photos and it didn’t old for 10 minutes. Complete waste of money. Also when speaking to costomer service I asked to have the store manager call me. They reached out to the store and the manager refused to call me. So now I’m out the money and the photos will look awful. They should make this right but they won’t. So they literally just stole my money.
