I went here twice in a week for the same dry hair style. The first time went great. The second time the stylist refused to not use product, then used the product to braid so tight that days later my scalp is sore and my hair is falling out and damaged. I can not express how much I recommend you find a real salon and don’t let these people touch your hair.

I love the dry bar!! I always go to the Marine Del Rey location. It’s easy for me to make a Appointment I always get the time I need. there is one stylist that does such an amazing job and she’s the only one that I go to. I always leave the dry bar feeling so pretty. the dry bar is a place where you can get your hair washed and blow dried. It’s Quick and easy you can get it styled in a couple different ways but that’s it they specialize in just wash and blow dry no coloring no cuts. It cost about $49 that’s not bad. The dry bar is many locations all of the state’s. I went to the dry bar in Atlanta. When you are getting your hair done they offer you. Tea, water, Champagne or Mamosa‘s. Drybar is a great place to get your hair done.

Horrible horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment online and called to change it to an up-do. Got to my appointment two weeks later and nobody had ever changed it so they didn’t have time for my up-do. My stylist told me it was no problem and I could come back later. But when I went to call back they tried to charge me the ENTIRE price of the up-do (despite the fact I had already paid for the wash, the blow out, and the styling). All I wanted was a quick bun. Will never give this shop another penny.

Loved the champagne and the way my hair looked when I left. The girl who did my hair was very sweet and did a good job she was a little rough and kept hitting my ears even though I have kind of smaller ears. Lol I came in for a simple wash, blow dry, style, and to trim the split ends only to find out they don’t do the trimming part so I left without that. I deducted a star bc there was too long of a wait even though I had an appointment and the front desk girl was a little rude. It never hurts to smile and be polite to the customers, especially if you want them to come back.

2nd time here! And I couldn’t wait to cancel my membership.My stylist Latriece was AMAZING, she washed my hair twice,offered me coffee and was very pleasant overall. However, when I checked out the receptionist said I owed $75 ( $65 uptini,$10 1 braid) I had 1 braid in the middle of my hair,which was then tied in a regular ponytail with a clear small rubber band. The receptionist whom was very rude then showed me the prices. The issue was not the price itself,I did NOT receive an uptini, that was the issue. She got another lady,whom said I had to pay $65 for the service,I declined,she then had the stylist take down my very small,thin ponytail that took 30seconds to do,and make my braid longer to lay flat. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never give them another penny. I seriously can’t believe they tried to charge for a small ponytail AND then had the stylist take it down,that took more time to take it down then the original ponytail.

If you like waiting 20 mins after your scheduled appointment, this is your place. The awful looking receptionist (who doesn’t crack a smile) has a terrible attitude. If you like being snubbed come here. Also, take a look at the floor. They leave hair and trash everywhere. The Board of Health and Safety should be contacted.

I went here once & never again is all I can say. What a snotty little hairdresser! not only was she tugging my hair so hard it was yanking on my scalp. Not sure if this girl was on drugs , she dropped the dryer twice;;;took over an hour and half to blow dry my hair where anytime anyone else did, it only took maximum of 45 minutes.

The place is nice and new. You can drink some champagne, juice or water when you wait to your service be done. I waited a little bit to start to do my hair but still a really good place. The location is also great.

Beware! I’ve been injured here! Burned on the forehead… and hairspray in my eyes! They are aggressive and hurtful with the brush.The staff is unfriendly and VERY rude. Seriously… I do NOT recommend. They also don’t change their behavior after reporting the issues.
