I have been coming to Dry Bar Kop for almost 9 months consistently at least once a week. I found the staff (especially Victoria Manager ) to be professional, friendly and always accommodating . They are on time and the place always looks clean and fresh. I have thick curly hair and the stylus ( specially Deanna ) have done an amazing job of what is considered the the hardest type of hair …Highly recommend !!

I love DryBars and typically use them if I have an event that I want my hair to look extra polished for. Unfortunately they had to cancel my most recent appointment with 2 hours notice because a stylist called out. They offered to dry style my hair if I could get there in 10 minutes…I live further away and I don’t want my hair dry styled. Unfortunately they were unable to offer any other solutions to the last minute cancellation. I understand things happen but between this and lackluster service I have received at this location previously, I don’t know that I’ll be able to use this salon again.

If Alli Webb visited this Drybar location, she would be appalled. The entire salon was so dirty, I don’t think the bathroom floors had been cleaned in months. When my stylist (visiting from the Philly location) took me back to wash my hair, he was aghast at the sinks having shampoo/hair products still in them. Drybar used to be a relaxing and pampering experience, but this Drybar did not have any movies playing, they did not offer any beverages, and they were rushing people in and out of their appointments. I honestly would have preferred blow drying my own hair myself, especially after how rough all of the stylists seemed with the brush while blow drying. This Drybar needs a major upgrade, stat.

I have been a long time DryBar customer and this was my worst experience by far. As soon as I arrived the stylist told me I was her last appointment of the day and it showed. From start to finish was less than 30 minutes, when usually it takes 45 minutes plus. She barely used product and I could have done a way better job at home and saved $65. Not a professional looking style AT ALL.
