I LOVE THIS PLACE! As a mom of four this is my treat I get an hour to myself and the staff spoils you. I can sip my coffee and relax while my hair is being styled just how I want. Make an appointment now and you’ll fall in love! My style last about 3-4 days!!! So worth it.

I loved that my hair was washed and cleaned and my hair stylist was really good!, However, I was told that my hair wash was going to be $10 when I booked the appointment, but when all was done and finished, the frontdesk girl told me it was $15. I asked if she could honor the $10 quote and they said they couldn’t in any way which was upsetting. I understand it’s only a $5 increase, but they never told me until after the appointment and that’s what was not right and the receptionist blamed the people who booked me. She/they didn’t even take accountability, was not understanding, or empathetic towards my situation. I’m sure their other services are amazing, but was shocked by the lack of integrity on their part to make things right and honor the price given as well as the principle of it all. It was very unprofessional and I felt very humiliated. The same girl who checked me out of my appointment and checked me in was condescending in front of everyone there and made me feel small, it was so humiliating. I don’t understand why you would hire someone like that who represents a company and treats a client that way. I work frontdesk, and would never allow an experience to happen to a client the way it did to me. I would not recommend going here, and if you do because their stylists are great, check the prices when you enter the facility before going into your appointment. And don’t expect a customer service oriented receptionist either.

Iliana always does a fantastic job on my hair. I go in with a head full of tight curls, and I walk out with a silky and flowing blowout. I tend to stick to the Manhattan, but I’ll branch out eventually. I treated a girlfriend to a blowout for her birthday, and her hair turned out amazingly beautiful.

Made an appt a month in advance. Three days before prom THEY call and cancel the appt. Today we get a $100 charge for a no call no show. Call to get refund and they apologize then tell me I have to send an email and ask for it. Beware. Horrible business. Will not go back!
