Sadly the customer service here is terrible. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on a Sunday morning to be told no one was available to do my blow out. I scheduled this appointment for a photo shoot and was told “sorry, nothing we can do” and both employees were giggling and laughing. They called me rude because I was upset- they said “we don’t have any stylists here.” I asked why they didn’t phone me ahead of time so I could have tried to make other arrangements and and if they don’t have staff working Sundays, why book customers? They giggled and replied “nothing we can do”. So I asked for them to cancel my membership because I no longer want to be a customer and was told “only the manager can do that”. They then wrote an email address on a post it for me to contact the manager. I emailed her and she never replied. There is no corporate phone number or any way to reach anyone in charge. What a terrible way to treat customers. I will never set foot in a Drybar again. Hey Alli Webb- I hope you read this.

The atmosphere is great. They have girly music, nice decor, and even wine/champagne for their customers. My stylist was very friendly, efficient, and professional. My style looked great for the company holiday party I was attending.

Got my hair done here when I had to go to my cousin’s wedding last month. Honestly I really love this place. The staff is nice and they give you complimentary drinks while your getting your hair done. Plus I was very please with the results of how my hair turned out

Front desk had a little ATTITUDE when checking in!!!!!!!But once seated & after getting started, everything was exactly what I could have wanted. From the politeness of my dryer, to my wash, to the genuineness of our convo. The styling was gorgeous. I will ONLY go here from this point on. Love…..love….love!

Got a gift to go there. I had washed my hair the day b4 going in to give more time to the blow dry process- thinking she would just spritz the hair with water as needed while styling- she insisted full shampooing would help it style way better. Idk. Martha S. Was nice and helped me pick a style for my hair. I’m usually just a ponytail person or leave it alone person. It was kinda nice to have someone else do my hair. Personally. I think each stylist should really get to have their own best look-books I can tell some had strengths and weaknesses- some were better with short hair or long hair or Caucasian hair or black hair- some were great at full wavy hair or volume or flat iron or curling iron. I went on a weekend but I think the business and need to get people in and out – my appt was at a certain hour but they spent only 40 to 45 minutes on my hair.

Great experience ! Went for an 8:15 am on 10:8 and the service was fantastic . Felt safe . Great Covid procedures and not too crowded . I have tons of thick hair and the stylist handled it well .

So simple, so exactly what I needed. I pulled an all-nighter before getting on a 5+am flight from SC to LA. Hair washing was a casualty. I did a walk-in to the Dry Bar in El Segundo. About 5 mins later they are washing my hair and giving me a fabulous blow-out. I’m very satisfied with the service, staff, and price. This was like a quick trip to a mini Day Spa. Highly recommended.
