Jessica was fantastic! Her blowout was perfect. I always have a reliable experience at Drybars b/c it appears the stylists are trained really well. I don’t always have that experience at other dry places. The Barfly membership is a pretty good deal if you love blowouts.

I was 9 minutes late to my appointment. I understood I was going to be late and tried calling to let them know and was sent to voicemail so I left a message. About 10 seconds before walking in the door I was told that I would only be able to receive a dry style because I was late. I was understanding however I felt very uncomfortable because I was barely late and my hair it’s fairly short and the process would not have even taken that long. My dry style proceeding to only take 20 or so minutes. I felt as if I could’ve done a blow out with no issue. Really upsetting because I feel like situation was handled poorly and I didn’t feel my best on my 21st birthday. I will not be going back to this downtown location :/

I was running 10 minutes late and was worried I wasn’t going to be seen, especially because I was the last appointment before closing, but they still brought me back and were so kind about it all! This is the BEST drybar I’ve ever been at!! I’ve been here many times, everyone is so sweet, legit EVERYONE!!! They are always listening to what you are looking for! I went in with very high expectations, as I have heard a lot of great things! I am somebody who styles my own hair and I wanted a more put together and organized look to my hair that I could not achieve on my own. But honestly, I was left feeling very disappointed. I feel like everything was half done, and rushed through washing my hair to the blow drying and styling. I even remember it being a pretty painful process, with my scalp feeling so burned due to the heat being reapplied in parts of my hair longer than it needed to. The result of my hair was a huge let out, as it looked slightly messy, with parts of my hair not being curled, and could honestly be achieved in 10 minutes with my own curling wand.
