Always an amazing experience. The owners, Cassandra and Jacob, and each of their staff members truly care for their customers and want everyone to have a good experience. I’ve been to other Drybar locations and Cranston is the best of the best and absolutely the most personable team I’ve encountered. I’ve never been offered the complimentary beverage at any other location and they offer every time here. They greet you with a smile and make sure you get whatever you need. My hair isn’t the easiest to do, I have a lot of hair and it’s pretty thick and curly and I never leave any appointment here unhappy with the result. It’s been such a time saver for me to get a membership here and it holds me accountable to take time for myself. My hair ends up lasting for days and I so appreciate that! I try to always book with Brittney, she is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and talented. Even if the stylists are running behind or it’s a busy day in the shop, I never feel rushed. I love to enjoy my mimosa, take my time, and get pampered. Always a relaxing experience for me. Love love love Drybar Cranston!

The Drybar was great. My daughter’s stylist, Hayley, did such an amazing job giving my daughter some beautiful curls. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The customers all looked beautiful as they left.

I’ve been here twice since they’ve opened and absolutely LOVE it! I signed up for the barfly membership and can’t wait to get my hair done every month. Both times I went in everyone was so nice and welcoming. My stylists were great at what they do and my hair came out perfect both times. I could T be happier with the service and I’m so glad Drybar came to cranston!

Really awful experience. Every time I’ve come prior to today they have run 15-30 min late so I booked the first slot of the day so there would be nothing to cause a late start. I arrived early but they overbooked the first slots so there were not enough sinks for everyone to start on time. A blowout is advertised as 45 minutes here. After the wash the stylist spent the rest of an hour only drying and not styling my hair at all. It was now 25 minutes afer the service should have been completed and she was just starting to turn on the curling iron. I did not have any more time because I had other appointments schedule so I said I needed to end the appointment. I was crying because my hair did not look the way I wanted it to and one of the owners, Jacob checked me out and tried to understand the situation. He was kind and offered me discounts for future appointments and to see a more experienced stylist but I dont plan to return. I called back later to speak to him or Cassandra, the other owner, and Cassandra yelled at me, blamed me for poor time management, and told me I made a scene in her store simply because I cried after being disappointed.

Made an appointment for 2:00… when 2:40 rolled around and I still had not been helped, I told the front desk that I had to leave because I was going to be late for a wedding. I was told even if I left, I would be charged full price for the service I was not getting. I understand 15 minutes but 40 minutes is unacceptable. Skip this place and go to a local salon that has respect for their customers.
