I LOVE going here!! It’s my good luck routine! Went before and after a job interview and I felt so good and confident with nice hair. I have gotten the standard blowout both times and both times felt super pretty afterwards and the style lasted like four days. they are so nice and clean and luxurious feeling. I will be going back! Specifically thank you Kendra, my hair has never looked so good omg

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. This was my first time at Dry Bar. While I was 10 minutes early, I didn’t get called until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The girl doing my hair was nice, and asked if I was ok with using product to which I responded yes. She washed my hair and after that proceeded to comb it out for what felt like 45 minutes, barely using any product. At this point, I could tell we were running very behind. As she dried my hair, continuing to not use any product, the whole process was very drawn out. I had to ask her if we could just leave my hair at that, not doing any curl, thinking the blow-out would be enough. The process and final result was nothing like I expected. My hair was very frizzy, and while she did do an actual blow-out, nothing held. In my opinion, she did not do a good job, even with just the blow-out, maybe she was new, I don’t know, but definitely not worth the money spent.

Was confirmed for a 5:30 hair model appointment but ended up walking out after not even 5 minutes. I was told sorry since one of the stylists didn’t show up and one girl got here before you, you can’t have the appointment anymore. Uh obviously she was there before me because I showed up at my scheduled appointment time, which was 5:30. Why couldn’t there have been a call or text to me that the stylist didn’t show up before I drove all the way there? I had to text to confirm the appointment, so my number was available. So ridiculous. Waste of gas and my time. I am very upset with this overall experience and with the complete lack of consideration for other peoples time and needs. AVOID!!!

I received a great blow out and had excellent service but my mother in law left with a result that was very disappointing – the stylist did not engage in conversation during the consultation and finished in less than 10 minutes. Dry Bar is a great chain but really needs consistency among the stylists.

I’ve recently broken my wrist and have had to search for places to wash, blow dry, and straighten my hair until I’m able to do it my self again. Side note: I usually never let anyone touch my hair. I’m too picky and have been styling my own hair forever now lol.

I’ve been here twice. I’d recommend Drybar and the technician Kim.Sometimes the hostesses are a little rude but the services provided by technicians makes up for the attitudes. The owners are also very hands on and are fabulous!
