My stylist was very friendly but I would not recommend DryBar if you have naturally curly hair. No one on staff seemed to know what do with my hair. The straight hair lasted about 15 minutes after I walked outside. Very disappointed in the quality of the blowout. I’ve had my hair straightened many times before by my local stylist and have never had an issue.

Seriously underwhelming. Went with a friend and we booked one appointment for the two of us. They put us at chairs on opposite sides of the room. And almost all chairs were empty when we sat! Asked if we could be together and received a BS answer that was basically no. Hair fell within 30 minutes and the shampoo/wash was 5 minutes and not at all an enjoyable or relaxing experience. Overall waste of money, not great customer service and won’t be returning.

This is the most unethical drybar location I’ve ever been to. As a member I was 7 minutes late and told they would not be able to honor my service. The manager was unrealistic and unprofessional. It’s a blessing in disguise because Drybar ruins your extensions and hires unqualified employees. I have canceled my membership as I pay too much money for my hair and I am not going to accept trash service and stylists and owners alike.

Huge shoutout to DryBar downtown! I made an appointment at another salon for my blowout for my wedding and the other salon canceled on me….10 minutes before the appointment. DryBar was happy to get me in ASAP and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them for blowouts!

The stylist was so uneducated on doing clients with extensions. I asked her to turn down the heat on the blow dryer because I could smell my hair burning. Shortly after, she literally pulled my newly installed hand tied weft extensions out of my head and they caught in the brush. All this to say this business is pure fraud and does not do due diligence in hiring qualified people. If I can save anyone else from this disaster please do not step foot in the DryBar.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my hair done here for my friend’s wedding. They were able to accommodate our entire wedding party and did a wonderful job on everyone. I can’t believe a dry style was only $25– it was a great value! I also wanted to mention my stylist, Courtney— she did an amazing job on my curls (I have fine, thin hair that doesn’t curl well)— and then while I was sitting in the salon waiting for the bride, she brought me back in her chair for a touch up. Like, who does that?? She was so thorough and obviously takes pride in her work. I wish we had a Dry Bar in my hometown because this place is amazing!Service: HairstylingI got my hair done here for my friend’s wedding. 1st time to ever go to a dry bar or even buy your products Ladies were kind and customer service was great. Unfortunately I wasn’t overly pleased with my hair for it to only go flat within an hour or so. Totally get the humidity…. it didn’t hold well. $100 out the window and I could have put a braid and curls in my hair. I wanted the southern comfort. That’s what I put in for my appointment and I assumed that’s the style she was doing. And as well didn’t use the mud mask service, was in and out less than 30 mins.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueI had engagement photos this past weekend so decided to treat myself to getting my hair done for a stress free time. This was my first time at the dry bar. Everyone was very nice, but they were running behind. They got my hair done close to on time, but it seems they rushed to do so. My hair looked good, but it fell within 15 minutes. Over all I felt like I wasted the money when I could’ve done almost the same to my hair.Service: HairstylingI had engagement photos this past weekend so decided to treat myself to getting my hair done for a stress free time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualitySuper mini-spa break during our Charleston vacation. The charcoal scalp scrub is superb. The stylist was pleasant, not overly conversational and the atmosphere was relaxed. After my wash, scrub and blowout I waited for my daughter to finish (she has a lot of hair!) The stylists were so personal and fun, I felt like I was just chatting with girlfriends minus the wine! Thinking of booking? Dollar worthy my friends. Do it!Service: HairstylingSuper mini-spa break during our Charleston vacation. The charcoal scalp scrub is superb. The stylist was pleasant, not overly conversational and the atmosphere was relaxed.
