Peyton is seriously so sweet and the best! I have a side part which makes it a little harder to do because one side is always bigger than the other. I’ve been to drybar in many cities (Chicago, Miami, LA), and my appointment with Peyton was the best I’ve had so far!

Critical: QualityI don’t know why they won’t let you pick your hairstylist. I came here last year and picked Mai Thai for my wedding it turned out very good. However, I came here two days ago, I was so disappointed and it was one of my nightmares. First, when my hair stylist dry my hair, she used all her energy to pull my hair. Second, I chose Mai Thai again and she made my Style looks like mad Thai. My hair looks fuzzy and messy.My point is here has good stylist. However, I don’t know how many. And you don’t know who serve you before your appointment, which is pretty risk especially you have big event.I don’t know why they won’t let you pick your hairstylist. I’m quite sad to write this, as I normally don’t leave negative reviews. It was my first time coming to this blowout bar and was extremely excited, but the experience was not on par for the price I was charged. I am a hair extension wearer, and my stylist was tugging and pulling so hard on my hair throughout the whole blow out it hurt, and after she curled my hair, my hair is extremely dry and my hair is very flat. I have been to other dry bars before and had a lovely experience, but this time not so much.

I went this morning for the first time to get my hair done and I was very happy and surprised! The location is gorgeous, very clean, elegant and just beautiful in general. The staff is very friendly and caring, I got exactly what I asked for and she understood my hair very well when I explained how it behaves. I was there for an hour, which is surprising because I have very long and textured hair, but I had amazing results in a very quick time spam! I already booked so many appointments for the months to come and I’m excited! Completely recommend the Drybar Ann Arbor!

As an African American with natural hair I was skeptical if The Dry Bar could properly straighten and style my hair. The owner assured me that I would be happy with my results. Paige was my stylist and did an awesome job from beginning to end. Sabrina at the front desk was a pleasure.
