Update 1 week later: Monica, the owner, reached out and was extremely polite and professional. She also provided context to my original experience which made be remember to always extend people grace because you never know what they’re going through. She scheduled me for a next day appointment with Randi and let me just tell you, I’ve never laughed so much during a session. She was quick, precise, and ensured a comfortable atmosphere. I’m grateful for both experiences as the first one taught me first impressions aren’t always what they seem and the second that if you don’t extend grace and allow second chances, you could very well be missing out on a good thing. Thank you so much Monica and Randi, the Dynamic Duo!

Update six months later: still 5-stars, the BEST place for waxes and lashes in Panama City! Randi is an absolute GEM of a human. I have been going every 2-3 weeks for lash refills for over 6 months now and constantly get compliments. Plus, I just love our conversations. Everyone at Drift is so welcoming, friendly, and passionate about what they do. I trust no one else to my lashes & Brazilian waxing!

I’ve been getting my lashes don’t for years. I just moved to the area and was fearful to try a new lash artist. I went to Randi, all I can say is Wow!!! I’m in love with my lashes, best set I’ve ever had. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to which is nice when you’re there for an hour.
