Needs to hire more barbers!! How can you have 3 customers total in the shop but it’s still a 2 hour wait!? It’s like going to the dmv everytime i have to get my haircut. Prices went up 25 percent AND I still have to wait 2 hours to get a haircut! The haircuts are high quality and the staff is GREAT but the wait is ridiculous!

This place would run more efficiently if every barber was required to make an appointment. My experience most Saturdays: Unless you are waiting 30 minutes prior to opening (9 a.m). You will have to wait at least an hour regardless. If you have “your” barber, don’t be surprised to wait for 2 hours.

The barbers are great but it’d be nice if there was more communication when you come in about who has an appointment. Waited for 45 minutes thinking I was next and then it turns out someone else who arrived after I did had an appointment. Unfortunately I had to leave at that point.

Used to love this place but now everyone is by appointment. 3 chairs open while 5 people wait because they all “have an appointment in 15 minutes.” You will wait 2 or more hours for them to fit you in. No where does it say call here for an appointment which make it inconvenient for walk-ins. Lost my business.

Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in with my 6 year old and all 4 chairs were full so we sat and waited almost half an hour. When it was out turn the man came over and said they do not cut children under age 6. I get that but why didn’t 1 of the 4 barbers not say a word about it when I walked in. In fact I wasn’t even greeted at all. I’ve been to the other shop on Pershing so I had no reason to believe they didn’t cut under 12. They didn’t say sorry for making us wait or anything. Stopped in for a haircut for myself and 8 year old son. Was turned away because apparently he wasn’t old enough. Had to be 12 to get a haircut. Called other location just got answering service saying short staffed call other location to get in sooner.
