I have been all around the world and have gone to many a spa and have never been disappointed until now. First let me start by saying that I had a $400 gift certificate and chose 2 treatments that were below the gift certificate price on purpose. My only out of pocket expenses would be the cash tips. To make a long story short they up sold me without my permission and there services lack. Would NEVER recommend this place or return. Don’t waste your money. There are better places to chose from.

They have a 24hr cancellation policy and would charge you 50% if you cancel 24hrs of less. However, they called me twice to change my appointment under 24hrs. The 50 min massage actually is only 40min. They request you get there 15min early. I have no problem with that but they should bring you back to the room at least 5 minutes before your start time. My 5:30 appointment started a couple minutes later then she brought me to the room. She left the room so I can get on the table but came back 5 minutes later and then stopped the Massage a 6:20pm. Island Salt and Spa in Sayville actually uses a timer so you always get the full massage time you paid for. I also was looking forward to some hot tea while waiting but the tea in the craft was ice cold. This is a luxury not a necessity and I was so disappointed. I have been going there for years the place is clean which is important but not worth the money the massage was not great either.

Very lovely experience getting a facial. My esthetician was informative and kind. My only concern is that during the extraction process, she popped my one cystic pimple (poked it with a needle then drained it). This was more than uncomfortable. I personally feel that particular type of acne should only be treated by a dermatologist so I probably should have asked her not to touch it instead of going with the flow. Other extractions (black heads) were fine. Again, it was still overall a great experience. I will likely return again I a few months.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would’ve, the manager burnadette was beyond a nasty and cringy woman over the phone, I can just only imagine how she is in person to her customers. Waiting for my refund that better be coming sooner then later. Being a first time customer and all, you would think service would be over the top, but no, not our experience, just pure aggravation, will never be stepping near this place or recommending this place to anyone.

I felt like she really cared about what I wanted/needed and payed attention to the spots that have been bothering me. Miguel, part of the management team, is always so welcoming and kind. I’ve been going to Drew Patrick for awhile. The service is terrific, appointments can be booked online, and they have great packages. Claudette is wonderful. She listens to your concerns and quickly addresses them. She analyzes your skin and selects the perfect facial. My skin is glowing and looks more youthful. Thanks, Claudette.
