On December 23, 2023 my husband, and I had an appointment for a pedicure. My husband is handicapped and I talked him getting a holiday pedicure. Both he and I have been to this salon for pedicures for the past two years. We wanted to arrive early for our appointment which I had confirmed twice. We arrived at 11:20 and our appointment was at 11:30. I was told by the owner of (Jenny) that someone would be with us shortly. No one attended us and walk ins were taken. I spoke to the owner repeatedly requesting assistance. We waiting for 40 minutes and finally left and the nail salon at 12:10 pm. When leaving the salon I told Jenny I was very disappointed after being a customer of hers for several years. I was treated really an inconsiderately. She didn’t reply with any apologies whatsoever and never called me although she has my cell phone number. I called the salon The following week to cancel my appointment for January 30 for a manicure and explained to her why I was so upset. She said it was a busy time with no other exclamation. I told her that I would not be returning to the salon, and she told me she hopes that I find one to suit my needs. It disappoints me that a local business does not value or consider its customers that live within the vicinity. In addition to the services I recommended that she clean her bathroom, for there is no excuse for paper towels and toilet paper to be all over the floor, nor for the sink to be dirty. I would not recommend the salon to any of my friends. I do know of two other people that have gotten nail fungus infections from getting gel manicures at the salon.

Great low-key salon within walking distance of my home. Well established business and this team has been running the salon for as long as I can remember. Technicians are talented, experienced and very pleasant. I get a lot of compliments and I like that!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get a gel manicure and a pedicure on Tuesday Nov 30, 2021 the nail technician cut my cuticle to the point that it continued to bleed 2 hours after I left. She didn’t even seem to care. Also 2 days later I had 2 chipped nails and one of my toes were chipped also. Definitely will not be going back!

Went here today and the girl who took care of me completely rushed through the gel manicure I got. Barely prepared my nails at all, didn’t cut cuticles, barely filed and the ends looked all rigid. I had to ask her 4 times to fix a few different things. If I hadn’t of asked, my nails would look horrible. I won’t be gong back! Very unhappy.
