40 min in the infrared sauna was more than I thought I needed. Peaceful. Warming in a way that left me feeling AMAZING hours later. I used on of the face mask options. Not sure that did anything more that the regular use of a face mask, but I liked the feeling of it in the dry sauna. I cannot wait to go back! (FYI, my 70 yo father is now using the infrared saunas at Drench!!)
