We were passing through town and called to see if they had any openings that afternoon for a woman’s haircut and a man’s haircut. They were able to fit us both in even though online it said they were completely booked. Great customer service. Sara did my cut and gave great guidance on the cut given the pics i showed her. She did a great short bob with a little bit of funk. The men’s cut was also great ( we can’t remember the stylist’s name). If we lived local we would definitely go back.

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment to get my nails done a month before. I showed up early and waited over thirty minutes before the girl walks over and tries to tell me I never scheduled an appointment with her. But I did. Her mistake not mine. She did little to help the situation almost like they don’t want my business. I will not be returning.

I went in for a perm and a trim, and the girl that did my hair didn’t do at all what I asked. It doesn’t even look like I have a perm! I didn’t have time for them to fix anything either. And she was late. Nice girl though.
