Susan has always been wonderful! She takes extra time if I need and always comes up with something fresh for my nails. I get loads of compliments on my nails, since I work in a high volume customer service profession. She took extra care when I had broken my arm after first finding out that i did not want to reschedule. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityInfortunately, this was was the worse nail fill I’ve ever had. The nails were lumpy, my thumbnail was not completely covered on the sides with the acrylic product, the one finger that was replaced,where I had broken my nail, was lumpy and misshapen.
