The salon itself is nice and well styled. The woman who did my nails was very kind and pleasant. My poor rating however comes from the quality of the pedicure I received. I came in over the weekend to get a gel pedicure. Overall it seemed to be a nice job until not even a few hours later one of my nails nail polish came clean off. Not chipped, but completely falls off, almost like a press-on. I frequently get my toes done with gel polish and have never experienced that before, certainly not on a fresh set. I called the salon and returned the next day to get the nail fixed. They redid the polish, and sent me on my way. Not even another day passes and two more nails nail polish comes completely off. I called again, and came back again a second time to get them fixed. This last visit was the least pleasant. I informed them of what had been occurring and at this point simply wanted get the nail polish replaced considering 3 of my 10 nails had already lost polish in a matter of 2 days . After some back and forth I was able to get the polish redone, which I hope stays this time. I really wanted to make this my new nail shop however, from my overall experience I will not be returning.

This is my second visit within the last month or so for a pedicure and a fill-in where I have watched and waited as other customers came in and were serviced before me. I sat here today and got my pedicure done while waiting for someone to start my nails. No one did. I watched 3 different people come in and have their services started. 2 pedicures and one person with a full set and pedicure. I was told that supposedly only certain people do fill-ins. Which is odd because it’s a salon. Again, this is second time that this has happened to me. It’s very unprofessional. And I will no longer patronize this location.

I spent $110 + $25 in tips on gel mani and pedi. Within 4 hours the shellac on my toes came off in the bathtub. I went back the next day and had it fixed. Same thing happened the following day. 3rd time I came back and they would not refund me. This is incredibly poor service and hospitality. Save your money and do not come here!

I have given this salon multiple chances in hopes of a better experience. every time they have let me down. The salon is very nice itself but they will try to get you. Every time I get a pedicure I state I want regular polish, not shellac. They try not to give you an option, they will just do it, or bug you until you change your mind. Also make sure you clearly state the type of pedicure you want. Every time I’ve showed them a picture I do not receive what I asked. Also, I just got mine done 5 days ago, and 2 nails have popped off. Absolutely ridiculous for the price I paid. Unfortunately that was their last chance, and I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this place twice now for both mani and pedi and both experiences were excellent. The staff was so friendly greeting my sisters and I when we walked in. We had appointments both times and they were ready for us when we arrived. Both times I went the person helping me when above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished look. Shout out to Ly who helped me last Saturday and did a great job on my pedi. And the girl at the counter checking us in and out is just super great. I wish they were in Cypress where I’m at but I’ll just have to wait for my next sister get together. 🙂

I usually love coming here but the woman who did my nails cut them up so badly with the file and the drill. 🙁 She also insisted on doing an underlay to my gel, but they are so uneven and bubbly. I was told I’d get a discount for the woman cutting up almost all my fingers/cuticles but it was still over $100 for this and a pedicure. Very disappointed and will most likely not be returning sadly.
