Decided to get lashes and brow tint in Philadelphia while here for a wedding. Wow – was I so impressed with Dreams Lash Bar. Everyone was courteous and professional from my initial call through the treatment process. Mia help me understand the process and select the right services. She even re-fed my parking meter since brows and extensions took slightly over 2 hours so I avoided a parking ticket (street parking is easy and $0.25 for a 1/2 hour)
