Unfortunately my experience has been the same as many others. I have called several times to schedule an appointment and was always told “I’ll speak with the owner and get back to you”. I was never called back with additional available appointment times. It turns out they are currently only available from 10am to 2pm Tues – Fri to do a massage, not the hours as advertised. I have requested a refund from Groupon and that they look into the number of similar complaints and remove this business from their site.

Apparently this spa is flying their plane before it’s been built. I purchased a Groupon for this spa in August and called shortly thereafter. The appointment was made for today, October 18th. The woman who scheduled my visit stated that they were moving and the massage would be at their new location. Fast forward, I called on Monday, Tuesday, and today to confirm the appointment and to get the address. The answering message states that they are closed until the completion of the construction. I understand that delays are inevitable, however there has been no professional courtesy extended toward me. A simple phone call to reschedule my appointment would be appreciated. A return call. A refund. Why would they sign up to sell Groupon’s if they aren’t even open?? Allegedly thousands we’re sold. What are those folks doing? For a service that is supposed to specialize in reducing one’s stress, they sure are causing a lot!

I often find myself only giving feedback when I have a really poor experience, but am trying to push myself to also give positive feedback when a business meets and exceeds my expectations. Dreams Day Spa has definitely done that. They have “wowed” me and I am excited to share that. They deserve to know that they are doing a great job, and other people in the area need to know what a great business they are. I really can’t say enough good things about them. With the smaller, unknown businesses, you never know what to expect, and nowadays massage businesses are all over the place. I have been to probably a half a dozen different places, including one of the most well-know upscale places in the area to get a massage, and would still choose Dreams Day Spa over any of them. I originally bought a Groupon because it was a really good deal for a massage, and I figured I could give them a try for that price. I have gone back again, and have another massage scheduled for Saturday. They have been beyond professional and, one of their massage therapists, Anita, is probably the best masseuse I have had in all of my experiences. Scheduling has been stress-free and they are very flexible and warm when I have talked to them on the phone. When a time conflict arose with the time I have scheduled on Saturday, Anita herself called me, well in advance to make sure my time is respected, and we resolved the conflict easily. After my massage last time, I saw them do the same for another woman that had walked in and was clearly stressed out. They calmly and very professionally handled the situation and really went the extra mile to help her out while making her feel like they really wanted her business. I have been impressed time and time again with both their business, the people that work there, and the quality of the massage I have gotten. I hope that Groupon continues to work with them and help promote good local businesses like them. I know that as long as I am in the area, they will definitely be my massage place of choice and am excited to go on Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone I know in the area, they are definitely worth it. I don’t have enough good things to say about them. I want to make sure that they know how awesome they have been and how much I appreciate their services, the deal they run, and the professional and friendly company that they are. Thank you!

My girlfriend purchased a Groupon for me and I’d scheduled an appointment for October. Prior to the appointment, they called to say they were moving and the appointment needed to be rescheduled for 11/03/17. Checked the address on the website before driving one hour to get there. They were not there. Gone. I called the phone number and it stated that they had not re-opened yet. Wasted two hours and lots of gas. The most unprofessional business I have dealt with in years. Hopefully, they are out of business, since their business practices are so deplorable.

Bought a Groupon for my fiance to get a deep tissue massage. Unfortunately he works week days and only has weekends off. Apparently the Groupon cannot be used during the weekends. Which I just looked again and that was not stated. They also never answer the phone or return your calls. My fiance had to show up at dream day spa to talk to someone after a week of waiting for a call. Feel as if I wasted money since I am pregnant and cannot use the Groupon and my fiance can’t to weekdays. Plus they are constantly booked. Will be going somewhere else. Sucks I wasted my money

I have enjoyed and my body has benefited from such a skilled message therapist. Overall, if asked, I would have more positive things to say about the business and staff. This spa is worth a try! Keep in mind this is a small business but the owner has done an amazing job living out her purpose. Keep up the great work!

I purchased a Groupon for this place and called several weeks ago to schedule a 90 minute Swedish massage. First red flag should have been that nobody answered the phone; second red flag should have been that a small local massage place has apparently sold over 1000 Groupons that have to be used by January 21. Seems like they might have been pretty busy, but I left a message and a woman called me back the next day scheduling my appointment for exactly when I wanted my appointment – 1:00 this afternoon. I drive up to the building, very much looking forward to nice long massage, walk in to Suite E, find the door unlocked, keys on a table, and the place 100% empty and abandoned. The gentleman next door says he thinks they moved to Norge, but the address listed on their website and the Groupon was the 115 Bulifants. Nobody called ME to notify me of a change in address, and there is no “Dreams Day Spa” in Norge. Needless to say, don’t be snookered like I was. It’s clearly fraudulent.

Have been calling since Christmas to schedule a massage, but no one has returned my calls. My Groupon expires on March 15 and I’m assuming I won’t be seen by then, so the gift my mother gave me will likely go to waste.

This is a horrible business. I booked a Groupon for them, two actually for husband and myself for our vacation, and called them for days to book an appointment. They never returned my call and our vacation to Williamsburg ended and now I am still fighting with Groupon to try to get my money back. Groupon is also being horrible about this and not yet making any fair or reasonable compensation or alternatives for me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Attempting to contact for 2 months regarding a massage. I had purchased the groupon for my parents. Left messages but no call back. This place should no longer be allowed to advertise on Groupon if they refuse to service customers.
