Critical: QualityI have never gotten my hair done in a salon so it was my first time I scheduled with Casey super sweet lady I let her know this was my first time I showed her pictures of what I wanted and thought she understand she never had me facing the mirror so I had no idea what was going on I was wanting blond with low lights at my roots so it would flow through what she ended up doing was highlights with a 4-6 in low light I was devastated I was so disappointed because one I was spending a lot of money and waited months to find someone to do it I was in tears at the sight of my hair she told me to schedule a appointment and she would fix it I had to cancel because of work and she’s now charging me for canceling the appointment witch I had no information about that especially when she told me she wouldn’t charge me to fix it so I honestly wouldn’t go there unless you and your stylist know exactly how to do your hair I was just so disappointed now I’m haveing to wait even longer with ugly hair till I can find someone to do it rightI have never gotten my hair done in a salon so it was my first time I scheduled with Casey super sweet lady I let her know this was my first time I showed her pictures of what I wanted and thought she understand she never had me facing the …More
