Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismGood massage and consistent service across all staff. Need to edit for current vist..originally gave five stars, now down to three. Recent visit was rushed and punctuated by therapist five minutes late and including her leaving the room two additional times at five minutes each. A total of 15 minutes. Then rushed out the door at the one hour mark. What service that was provided was excellent. I think this is a management issue..pressure from above I think. It is too bad as I wont be going again and will stop recommending them…sad.Good massage and consistent service across all staff. The worst massage I ever had the girl was in and out the room every 10 minutes than rushed me out after 50 minutes than wanted a big tip never again. big mistake

Called prior and asked when I can come in she advised 10 mins…me and my wife walked in they took a look up and down..I would never insinuate anything but me and my wife are minorities with lots of tattoos and went from come in 10 mins too sorry we fully booked waste of a drive thank you day spa
