Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a fantastic experience at Dream Spa and Salon today with my 2 friends. I attempted to book services on a Monday nonetheless for my 2 friends and myself; the owner, Lori, and Arman worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to get services at the same time and were incredibly accomodating to ensure we had what we were looking for today. They were very communicative about what they could do and it was honestly a pleasure to worth with them. Endless kudos to them, it made our day off that much better!For my aesthetician and masseuse, I had Jamie and Janet. Both were superb! Hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever gotten at a spa; the deep-tissue massage brought me to ultimate relaxation to the point where I had a restful nap. Cannot wait to go back and recommend this spot to all the local folks I know. Not only were the services great but the atmosphere was very soothing, clean, and beautiful. I had a fantastic experience at Dream Spa and Salon today with my 2 friends. I attempted to book services on a Monday nonetheless for my 2 friends and myself; the owner, Lori, and Arman worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to get services at the same time and were incredibly accomodating to ensure we had what we were looking for today. They were very communicative about what they could do and it was honestly a pleasure to worth with them. Endless kudos to them, it made our day off that much better!

Critical: QualityI am disappointed with this spa and I won’t come back again ever. I had an appointment month ago and I thought I’ll be happy with my experience but unfortunately, I wasn’t. I came today to do a package. In the beginning, started fine but later when I had to do my nails I changed to a gel mini&badi. She asked the desk and she told her ok but well remove the mask and a range the price. After that, I told her I have an appointment at 3 pm, can we finished before that time, and she said yes. She cold for help and the reception desk lady came to help. I was so disappointed by how rude she was and she completely kicked me out and said please go. She said I am not a mini&padi specialist I’m just a deal last I told so why you came if you are not a specialist? She said I came to help her do you believe that!!!!!And then I wanted to pay and she just left me waiting at the reception desk and left!!The other guy charged me $497 and %5 for the spa!! They don’t deserve the stars or the money. Don’t waste your money on them.Their lunch was Cesar salad and a cup of fruit which was old bad fruit I didn’t eat it. The salad bought it and just put it in the dish upside down!!!I am disappointed with this spa and I won’t come back again ever. I am disappointed with this spa and I won’t come back again ever. I had an appointment month ago and I thought I’ll be happy with my experience but unfortunately, I wasn’t. I came today to do a package. In the beginning, started fine but later when I had to do my nails I changed to a gel mini&badi. All the employees are friendly, kind and very Professional.They are super helpful with accommodating their clients and their work is excellent.
