Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI rarely have ever given such a poor rating but this experience was unbelievably bad. Lady at the front desk was nice and polite on the way in but after that it was bad. There’s no way the masseuse had any training whatsoever. Painful at times and just rubbing the same area of my back watching the clock and checking her phone. I finally said I was ready to go.
