I absolutely LOVE this place. I had a horrible experience at another salon and i stopped by to see if they could fix it. She had a cancellation (they only do appointments only)this is now my third time back i am just so happy i found this place. She is also getting me out of my comfort zone and I’m loving that she is! The owner started to yell and berate me in front of all the customers, I was afraid of her starting an aggressive situation so I left quickly. I will not go back there . I was already looking to go to another salon since they have ghastly wait times with an appt. The owner started to yell and berate me in front of all the customers, I was afraid of her starting an aggressive situation so I left quickly. I will not go back there . Dream is more like a nightmare. I needed to get a mani/pedi this morning but could not go to my usual place because they did not open until 10 and I had another appointment at 10:30, I saw that this place opened at 9 and got excellent reviews so I figured I would try them. First of all one worker got there 10 minutes late and by that time there were two of us waiting for the doors to open. She proceeded to fold towels and do set up work which should be done prior to opening and left us to sit in the pedicure chairs until a coworker showed up at almost 9:30. The pedicure was average, they do not have a large selection of colors, she cut my nails too short and the hot stones were cold. By the time my pedicure was over it was 10. I asked her if she could have me finished in 15 minutes because I had an appointment at 10:30. My usual salon can do a gel manicure in and out in 15 minutes. She shook her head so I asked if she could just paint them and be done with it. She ignored me and proceeded to rough up the top of my nails with a course emery board which caused my usual thick nails to be paper thin. Oh and she also changed my nail shape after I asked her not to. At 10:15 I got up to leave with my bare nails and said I needed to come back because I was now late for my next appointment. She advised they are only open until 4 and closed on Sundays. I was charged $28 but not sure what’s the breakdown was but felt it was a ripoff. What a joke. I would never go back there. I’ve never seen a nail salon so dead in my life on a Saturday morning with only two operators and three customers in an hour and a half. I have no idea how this place got excellent reviews. The service is lousy, the operators don’t appear to be very skilled and the salon is a total dump.

I come here all the time, best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I always get a gel mani with regular pedi and eyebrows waxed. The prices are reasonable and the result is outstanding!
