Madhu is AMAZING when it comes to lashes. She is very polite and easy to talk to and I always have a pleasant surprise when I go in for fills. The price is very affordable and she always gets me in the next day. I recommended her all kinds of lashes and also does a terrific job. She will always fix them if she doesn’t think they are perfect and always listens the customers. 1000% recommend this place for lashes!!

I usually come to get my eyebrows done and noticed that they do lashes as well. I booked an appointment for myself because I wanted to try a lash lift for the first time and brought my mom along with. It was such an amazing experience for both of us. The lash lift looks so natural and since I naturally have dark eyelashes it was such an amazing combination. My mom was nervous about it because her eyelashes aren’t as long & dark as mine, so they recommended lash extensions, which they gave her photo options. She ended up going with a natural look which made such a huge difference in her appearance. The natural look brought such a different light to her face!

Madhu is awesome at eyelashes! She is super efficient, easy to talk to, and does exactly what you want. I had gone to another place near me because it was an emergency and Madhu was out of town at the time otherwise i would have never gone. I paid a ridiculous amount and came out hating my lashes! Madhu is truly the best, she is so sweet and her price point is super reasonable! She is also very accommodating! I definitely give her a 5 star rating! I will never go anywhere else but dream lash salon in palatine!

Messed up my eyebrows so badly. Used to love this place and always trusted them. completely thinned out one of the eyebrows and cut the tail off. So much taken from the middle too it looks horrifying. So disappointed as this used to be my go to.

I went an hour before closing to get my eyebrows cleaned up before my jobs Christmas party. The lady who took care of me seemed to be in a rush. When I seen my eyebrows, she has thinned them out so much, i was in shock. I just wanted them cleaned up I never asked for this. She’s lucky I even paid.
