Enter at your own risk!!! Monday, December 20, 2021 I had my UV gel nail polished by Grace and she had hurt me numerous time. She always has an attitude every time I come and rough with me. I had a pedicure as well but the color did not match my finger nail color so I returned Wednesday morning, December 22, 2021 to change the color to match my finger nail. I have been coming here for over a year and they charge me $13.00 to change the color. It was not a even 2 full days yet. The color still does not match as shown in picture below. Be aware the owner and Grace, they both work hand and hand to find ways to charge you extra money. Running a shady business!!! This was the straw that broke the camel’s back and now they lost another customer! Just be aware and vigilant of your surrounding. Observe closely!!! Customer service is extremely poor and they needs to be educated of what customer service is all about.

It is really not worth the price. The girl who did my gel French pedicure did a really good job but the manicure really was not worth it. I got a regular spa manicure and the treatment itself was cool but the painting of the nails was horrible. They did not let the nails dry in between so they ended up getting messed up and it is already coming off my nails. She also forgot corners of my nail and didn’t really clean up the edges so it is on my skin. I also had a lot of cuticle because I hadn’t had a manicure in a while and she barely took any of it off as you can see in the photos.

I am not from the area and booked online due to good reviews. My pedicure was excellent, Alba did a wonderful job and my nails held up well. My gel manicure was horrible. I left bleeding because I was cut on 5 fingers, I was getting my nails done for my wedding and asked for my length to be maintained. The nail tech filed them SO short and left me with hardly any length. I immediately left and called another salon to get them fixed. I was discouraged by this experience and would unfortunately not recommend.

Walked in without an appointment and was able to sit and start immediately. The staff was friendly and skilled. The salon was clean and they had fantastic covid measurements in place. My regular manicure lasted over a week with no chipping even though I normally destroy my manicure within a few days. Pedicure was fantastic, and I highly recommend getting a spa pedicure

Love it here, the owner Jenny is so nice and helpful. Grace did my black and gold nails and I was super happy with them! Found out that they even do designs, ombre, and chrome nails so I’ll definitely be back to try something new.

The service here is phenomenal. All of the staff are super sweet and outgoing. I’ve gone for regular pedicures and gel manicures and I always love how they turn out. It took only and hour and a half to do both which is the fastest it has ever been for me to get my hands and feet done. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I’m definitely a happy customer here.

I went to the salon for a pedicure as well as a full set of gel tips. My overall experience in the salon was great. They were very professional and it was a really good environment. My pedicure was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The gel tips while I was initially satisfied did not end well. Three nails ended up getting broken or just came off within three days of getting it done. I’ve never had this happen before so I don’t know what the issue was. I still gave them five stars because when I called them to report the issue I was immediately told to come in and they fixed the issue. The five stars are for the customer service I was provided. I would certainly go back to them again.

Ever since moving to Westwood Dream On has been my GO TO nail salon. Jenny is a sweetheart and her staff is very friendly. They always go above and beyond to take care of your needs. The pedicures here are my absolute favorite and everything is always so clean. The hot stones they use during the pedicure is the cherry on top!

Hands down my favorite nail salon! The owner, Jenny and her staff are the sweetest and the quality you get here is top notch! The salon is so clean and there are too many colors to choose from! There prices are very reasonable too…and I’ve never had a massage here that’s less then amazing! Highly recommend them for all services… especially their Shea Butter pedicure 🙂
