Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueEnjoyed my time there got done with pedi and full set in about 2 hours. Very relaxing environment. Annie was so amazing she provided my service today. Cant wait to go back and see what kinda beautiful nail decor she comes up with. Also I asked if they had glow in the dark when i scheduled and althought they do not have it at the moment she reasured me today they ordered so much glow. So much to say honestly. They do have free customer parking in the lot so you dont have to feed the meter, although i did pay meter today its only 10cents for 15 min. Which Annie was so helpful to run out and feed my meter for me. Ty Annie!!! My experience was just over all wonderful and im a tough one to please. Enjoyed my time there got done with pedi and full set in about 2 hours. Very relaxing environment. Annie was so amazing she provided my service today. Cant wait to go back and see what kinda beautiful nail decor she comes up with. She is very nice, is funny, and makes sure you’re happy with your nails. Nothing is ever crooked or half done. I used to go to Monroeville but my nail tech left I was in search of a new one. Critical: Quality, ValueAlthough the technician was nice, I ended up having to go to another shop 2 weeks later because my pedicure was poorly done. I had dry skin on my cuticles and heels 1 day after the appointment, and that shouldn’t be happening for $35. The other shop told me that my toenails were not filed/cut properly, and explained my sore toe by finding the start of an ingrown toenail. Although the technician was nice, I ended up having to go to another shop 2 weeks later because my pedicure was poorly done. I had dry skin on my cuticles and heels 1 day after the appointment, and that shouldn’t be happening for $35.
