I’ve been going to dream nails for about five years now. I always request Anna or Jenny (they’re just my favorite but everyone is amazing there) and you can show them ANY picture, ANY design, nail shape, etc. and they do it EVERYTIME! Prices are amazing, sanitation’s are really good and the environment is overall very warm and friendly. 10/10 I recommend this place to EVERYONE. Especially if you’re like me and do big, fancy, extra sets

While I can see why this place has such good reviews our experience was not worth more than one star. On this day they were not busy by any means us and one other customer. The nail tech was not friendly at all. When my sister asked for her nails to be rounded on the corners instead of the points of a basic square shape the nail tech had a very unpleasant attitude. She was not rude when she asked and it did not take long at all to do, but the attitude from the tech was not necessary.

I read all these amazing reviews and wonder if I went to a different place. But no, it is the same one. Kid who did pedi was ok except for burning my foot with very hot wax and did nothing except looked confused when I said Hot, Hot, Hot holding my foot up. Someone else had to tell him to place foot in cool water. He couldn’t understand me to follow color instructions. I question if he is licensed.
