I absolutely LOVE my nails! It was my first time getting acrylics done and they look exactly how I wanted them to! Everyone there was very nice The only thing is they asked me to wait 10 minutes after my appointment time and it was close to 30 before they got to me, however I did go on a Saturday so it was understandable and definitely worth the wait! I had scheduled nail appointment. I just wanted a simple French manicure, but they kept messing up and smudging the nail polish on my nails. I didn’t even receive a full manicure. They didn’t care about what they were doing or were trying to make the nails look neat and clean. As a result nail polish smudged on several nails and they said that there was nothing they could do about it at that point. I simply don’t understand, if the nail tech didn’t feel comfortable, why they could have just given me simple nail color. Also, there were three different ppl that worked on me. & I was fully charged. Now I am stuck with smudgy nails.
