Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The man doing my nails was condescending and could not communicate effectively. I will never go to this business again.When I first called to make an appointment for my friend. No one told us that only one employee was working on a Saturday. Due to that, it took much longer than it should have. That was minor compared to everything else that happened though.When I sat down to get my nails done, I showed the man doing them a picture. I specifically asked if he could do what I wanted with acrylics. When it was time to get a color, he told me that he couldn’t do that. I reminded him that he had just told me that he could. At that point, I was already running late. I asked what he could do and he didn’t explain anything.After I chose a color, he didn’t dry my nails. He just said that I was done. I sat for a few minutes to let my nails dry. I got up to pay. I was trying to get out of the way because another customer had been waiting. A couple of my nails smudged. The man seemed super annoyed. I told him that I had just been trying to pay him. He said, “I told you.” He had not said anything.He fixed my nails and I sat for about fifteen minutes waiting for them to dry. I couldn’t stay any longer so I paid.When paying, my friend showed him a coupon from their website. He just said, “no more.” She asked, “Oh, so your website isn’t updated?” He said “yes.” There is absolutely no reason for an expired coupon to be on the website.When I went to leave, a nail smudged again when I put my key in the ignition. I went back in because when I pay for a service I expect what I pay for to be decent. He just said, “I told you.” I told him that I had to be able to do things. He wasn’t apologetic at all. In fact, he asked his client to explain things to me and laughed. If this employee can not communicate effectively enough to do his job, that is a serious issue.I would like to know what is going to happen to make up for this awful experience.Service: Acrylic nailsI was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. My toenails look so good, and I can’t stop looking at them haha. The shellac is great quality, Lots of colors to choose from, and my feet Feel amazing. I love this place, and will definitely be back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI am leaving this review because it is important that customers aren’t taken advantaged of.I came here couple weeks ago for the first time to get a pink and white powder refill done on nails I already had on.i was quoted $40 by phone before my appt and $40 weeks after I had them done. Even though I had an appointment I waited atleast 45 minutes to be seen. All that was needed was a simple refill with prior nails trimmed down a tiny bit. They charged me $55.00 for a refill are you kidding me!!!! The gel they used turned my white tips yellow. The only thing I liked was they did not rush while doing nails.
