I went to this place because they had a 4.4 review. Posted pictures on Google Maps (taken right after I left). You be the judge. I won’t be going back. The lady was very nice but didn’t talk much and my service was rushed. Polished and applied a new acrylic set thick, sloppy, and uneven.

I had a great experience here. I was able to walk in around 10am with no appointment and was taken care of right away. The staff was super friendly, the environment was clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the conversation and the pleasant atmosphere here. My pedicure was thorough, and the woman who did it was great about asking my preferences for water temperature, nail length, massage pressure, and color type. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I asked for my nails to be trimmed *very* short, and I ended up having to trim them again when I got home because they were definitely not very short. At other salons, the nail tech has asked me to make sure they are short enough before painting, but here she didn’t.

This has been the best pedicure I have ever experienced, since I have received pedicures. The ladies are friendly,professional and detailed. This will be my new place from now on. I can’t say enough about my experience! I was a walk in at that and received such great service.

Walk-ins NOT Welcome! I walked in to get myself a treat and get a pedicure but was turned away because there was a 15-minute wait and their schedule did not show anyone else after me but they said they had others coming in so I got turned away. Beware walk-ins are not welcome you must schedule an appointment their customer service and cold shoulder in this matter made me upset enough to post this review of my horrible experience

Drove all the way here because they said they were open until 730, came in for a fill at 6:30 and was told there wouldn’t be time for me (even though there was only one customer and she was already getting services) Apparently they close at 7 and the mail woman didn’t care when I told her that their business page on google was inaccurate. Looking inside the place, I wouldn’t care to come back.

I’ve been going to Dream Nails for almost 20 years. I’m in the service industry and spend my days on my feet. I can get a pedicure elsewhere for $2-3 dollars cheaper, but Ashley and Holly give the most amazing foot massages! A more enjoyable experience is a much better value in my opinion. The ladies and their clients are refreshing conversationalists and the store and equipment are impeccably clean. Walk-in s are welcome, but an appointment is a smart bet if you have a tight schedule.

I have went to Dream Nails for a little over a year. All the girls are great 🙂 You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. My nails always look great and they always remember how I like them done. The polish colors were lacking but they did recently get some new colors! So that is great.

The staff was friendly but the lady who did my nails did not talk much or seem interested in having a conversation. I asked for a gel manicure without acrylics and I was not happy with the outcome. The sides of my nails were not painted and there was a hard bubble at one of the tops of my nails making it crack within the first couple of days. The service seemed rushed and details were not as important. She spent less than a minute filing down my lopsided nails and they turned out uneven. I had my polish on for about 4 days until the sides started to peel off. I would not recommend this place because the services were not worth the 35$. I did not have great luck this time.
